So, have you ever wondered what all of those strange, new-fangled acronyms that all of the kids are tossing around mean, I have a handy little guide for you:

YOLO = Youth obeying Lucifer's orders

SWAG = Satans wishes are granted

ROFL = Rise our father Lucifer

BRB = Beelzebub rules below

WTF = worship the fallen

LOL = Lucifer our lord

Okay so, I'm obviously joking about the meanings of these, and you can find the source for them all over the internet, but wouldn't it be fun if all of these acronyms had meanings that were a little more... interesting... than they actually are? 

Kitten Spunk was thinking on the same wavelength and made a gacha of sweatshirts bearing these fun acronyms! I snagged a couple, including YOLO (one of the RARES!) and SWAG. I can't stand either of those sayings in their everyday form, but I looooove the alternate meanings, and these fun comfy sweaters are to die for; they're hilarious, silly, and definitely a conversation starter!


Ploom's newest release, Siri, (which jumped right up into my top 5 favourite hairs) is a messy style that features a cute small single braid in front, and covers half of your face. This lovely tousled style is on SALE right now at the My attic event! You can snag Siri for just $L95 per colour pack (more than half off regular price!) for the duration of this event! After the event ends, if Siri makes it to Ploom's main store, it will go right back up to normal price, so get it while it's on sale!


Finally, PixyStix has released the full set of no makeup (nude) Hera skins at last! Previously PixyStix has given out versions of Hera as gifts (STILL AVAILABLE FOR A LIMITED TIME!) as well as released the skin with various makeups, for various events, including Mystic realms, totally top shelf, cirque de seraphim, and more but it's finally out in the main store with no makeup!! On top of this fabulous new release, Pixy has revamped all of her appliers, included Omega, and added TMP appliers!! I absolutely adore how this skin looks on my face, as well as the flawless skin and soft pink lips, and I know it's going to look fabulous on you as well!

Okay so, apparently everybody is doing this bare face challenge..... thing.... and there have been some interesting results... so I thought I'd give it a shot... this is just kinda a quickie post while I'm working on other things, to show off my cute little #bareface...

Hey guys! So, last Friday (the 7th!) was MY (RL) BIRTHDAY! Even Google wished me a happy birthday! Seriously, how adorable is that? I meant to get this post up sooner, but my computer thought that a critical hard drive failure was the PERFECT present!
I'm celebrating this occasion by getting myself a couple of things in SL that I've had my eye on, and COINCIDENTALLY, my birthday is on a FRIDAY, which means FLF goodies too!

I can never pass up Glam affair when they decided to do FLF, and this week was absolutely no different! For this round of FLF, Glam affair has a set of 2 skins out in multiple brow options, one skin is in the pearl tone and the other is in the asia tone. I was super excited about this combo because I own the whole set of appliers for both of those tones! *little squee!*

Next, I flopped on over to Fri.day and scooped up these oh-so-darling ankle boots. These are perfect for the autumn weather and the rapidly approaching winter! (and yes, I am floppy today, I'm sleeeeeeepy!)

and ending my FLF trip, I headed over to Junbug to grab their ballet slippers. I love the vintage red pair!

The first thing on my "HNNNNNG" list ( that's like a wishlist, but with more grabby hands, and drool on the keyboard) is the absolutely fan-freaking-tastic hair from Remarkable Oblivion at the Sad November fair. I could not go another day without the Hellcat red version of their Aviator Ace hat/Hair combo! I'm wearing it with black hair, but it also comes with blonde, red, brunette, white, and a great red.

The next thing, which managed to jump onto my list just today, took up pretty much all of my saved up birthday money, but I think it was definitely worth it... Today The Sugar Garden released a brand spanking new mesh head called Mizu (which is the Japanese word for water, in case you were wondering!). each of the normal head colours are $L3K, BUT, the Vampy skin tone (which I happen to LOVE!) is half price! I absolutely could not pass up the cutest mesh head I've seen to date for that price. The Mizu head comes with 15 facial expressions, 16 makeups (I'm wearing gogo), and multiple hair base/eyebrow colour options. I may seriously never take this off!

and finally, while I was at the sad November event grabbing the swoon-worthy Aviator Ace hat, I stopped over at Razor's booth and grabbed myself a copy of their Vacancy hoodie jacket. I've had my eye on it since it came out, and I thought what better time to grab it than right now?! The jacket is HUD texture change and the HUD has quite a few options, the package also includes both female AND male sizes, so if you like to gender swap like I do, then this will be great for you!

Hey guys! With Halloween right around the corner, I hope you've got a great costume lined up, but just in case you don't, Sn@tch has you covered!

Sn@tch's newest set of fishing items is another "grab-bag" style set which consists of 4 full costumes broken down into 20 different pieces. Each includes relevant appliers, and some include shoes, makeup, jewelry, ALL of the things!

The first outfit, "Explorer" is pieces # 1-4 and includes the tank top, shorts, belt, socks, and applier HUD and is perfect for someone who's looking to get a little dirty this halloween. I've finished my costume off with my favourite pair of combat boots from Razor, and a neat spider necklace from Cubic cherry kre-ations, which is one of their gatcha commons for the creepy vs cute gacha festival!

Outfit 2, Hello, Nurse! (My personal favourite!) is a classic but oh-so-sexy nurse costume, complete with jewelry, hat, stockings, dress, gloves, and appliers (pieces 6-10). Warning: wearing this outfit may cause people to suddenly need medical attention! I added a bit of a darker twist to this outfit by just adding one simple item, Songbird's "Messy eater" bloody mouth overlay. I'm pretty sure that not many of my patients survive my.... "treatment". I finished off with my favourite pair of thigh-highs which are simply irresistible.

Third, "Thursday", which is comprised of pieces 12-15, would be great if you're looking to be a bit... creepy, and kooky, mysterious and spooky, or all together ooky. If you know what I mean. I've added a pair of Songbird's November socks, (which are out right now for this round of My Slink Obsession!) to my outfit because while the Thursday outfit DOES come with socks, they don't seem to have physique appliers, and I've been obsessed with my physique!

and finally, last but most certainly not least, pieces 17-20 make up the Vampirella outfit. This blood red set includes the full body latex suit, matching cuffs and collar, wings, and all kinds of appliers to augment that enticing form. I absolutely love how well Ni.ju's Oopy goopy halo and horns go with this outfit! These were originally out for sale at Mystic realms, however, now that the event has ended, they are available in the main store!

What's that? "Skyler, there are pieces missing from your list/you mis-counted/you missed some!" Nope! Ivey, the owner of Sn@tch, has tossed a few treats into the mix this time, and they're lots of fun. I'll let you find them on your own, I can't give away everything, now can I? ;)

Hey guys! So, October is breast cancer awareness month, and it's the time of year when I remind all of you wonderful women, and men, out there to touch your boobies, please. Early detection is the best defense when it comes to cancer, and a false positive self-exam is better than not knowing...

Boobies are great, they're fun, they're awesome to look at, they're nice and soft, but breast cancer is not something to take lightly... no cancer is... This is a cause that is definitely close to my heart, and this time of year is really difficult for me because all of the pink and everyone talking about it makes me remember the wonderful people that I've known that have lost their battles with cancer and how it has affected not only my life, but the lives of their families, friends, and people around them.

Mused, the creators of the Milk mades milkable breasts, holds breast cancer as close to their hearts as I do, and they have organized several events, a hunt, a gatcha, donation boxes, and other things to help raise money to go to the cause.

Donating $L1 to the vendor at Mused gets you the cute balloon pack that you see around me. The pack comes with 4 different balloons, each bearing a different saying and containing a hold pose, and a modifiable pink ribbon that you can wear or rez.

If you choose to donate $L20 or more, you can grab this kickass shirt which comes with appliers for just about everything!

There is also a gatcha with appliers for the tube top layer of the milk mades breasts! I managed to get mine to work with my tangos (I'm still wearing my milk mades, but the boobie parts are invisible!), but this level of modding is not for the faint of heart! NOTE that these appliers are NOT TRANSFERABLE like pretty much every other gatcha is, so you can NOT trade with your friends!

and finally, rounding out all of the fantastic that is my outfit, is my nails! Alaskametro recently released a ton of metallic accented nails (over 300 styles!!). I've accented my red and black outfit with a pair of red and gold nails from the Vamp pack. You can see which I've used in that little red circle on the HUD pic to my left. I am absolutely in love with these nails, and might just have to try some of these styles in real life!

P.s. I'm thinking of starting a food blog, I love to cook and bake, and I'd probably focus on nerdy recipes (things inspired by games, books, movies, etc...) along with my very own recipes right out of my brain meats! What do you guys think?

IS IT MY BIRTHDAY? NO? ARE YOU SURE?? The Final Fantasy Festival has just begun and I have yet to stop fangirl squeeing all over the damn place. The FFF is your one-stop shop for everything fantasy and especially Final Fantasy themed! 



There are two entrances to the festival, feel free to use the WEST entrance, or the EAST entrance! They both lead to the same ultimate destination!

While there are many many amazing items at this event, the first thing I HAVE to cover is... 

The one-winged angel.

The absolutely fantabulous Sephiroth skin and shape combo is an event exclusive from Morphine, and the hair is from Ayashi. These items fit together far too well to not put them together!

Lovely disarray has put out Children of Jenova eyes, perfect for Sephiroth, Kadaj, or any of Jenova's Children... I couldn't resist the glowing green pair... I mean, could you?

While they're not actually Final Fantasy themed, I thought the Assassin's cuffs by Stone Baubles really complimented my outfit!

Another beautiful accent I decided to add is the Dragon sphere ring, another treasure from Stone Baubles!

I ADORE these pants from R3volt! They come with a colour change HUD for the pants AND the belt, and have a TON of options!
