So, originally today I was going to post about boobs, and an event I blog for, and a lot of other things... but I just wanted to take a few moments and share something personal on this special day.

Today in America (where I happen to live), it's thanksgiving, a day when we gather together to enjoy family, food, and memories. A good portion of my family: my parents, grandparents, the oldest 2 of my 8 siblings, my brother's fiance, and my partner, all gathered together in my home to spend time together and enjoy dinner. I am so thankful for the precious time I spend with them, which these days is so little because of how far apart we live. I am thankful for my wonderful family... we may be a bit broken, and missing a few members (I hope you're resting peacefully, big brother, grandma rose, and pat, grandpa norman, and bob, uncle chuck, mom-mom, and pop-pop... I miss you all so much) but I am so thankful for them... I am thankful for the amazing man with whom I share my real life and my second life... my amazing partner who puts up with my shit, deals with my odd family, and loves me no matter how hard I push him away... and I am thankful for the men and women in the military protecting us... those of you who couldn't come home for the holidays, those who did.... and those who never will come home... thank you all. I am so thankful to my small circle of friends... you guys hold me up when I can't, help me out every chance you get, listen to me ramble... and cry... you guys mean more to me than I could ever express to you. Thank you so much, all of you, for being in my life.

Have you ever had an inner struggle? wrestled with a choice between good and evil? of course you have. Everyone has these struggles almost every day. Should you do your homework, or put it off for video games? Should you go and talk to the new girl, or join your friends in teasing her? Whether the struggle is large or small, it's still a struggle... Sometimes the good wins out, and sometimes the bad does. In my head, full of frills, froth, and rainbows, I had always imagined my inner fights between good and evil looked something like this...

The newest release from .:Dystorted:. is a pair of outfits, one "sinner" (worn by me) Which is all black, and includes a mesh corset top (with applier), a pair of mesh hot pants, arm warmers, leg warmers with shoes, horns a tail, and bat wings, and the other "Saint" (which is on Akira), which includes the same things as the sinner outfit, save for the tail, horns, and bat wings, but instead includes its own white wings, and halo!

Akira's "Steallar" piercings, which aren't part of her outfit are from Cute poison, and her posture collar is from {Darkware}!

Talk about wrestling with your inner daemons, right?

To my "Sinner" outfit, I added: a (Red)Mint Posture collar (with custom, one-of-a-kind lock), the Ouija necklace from Cute Poison, Apostate piercings from :Hebenon Vial: and a sexy spiked headband, which comes with the "Hearts on fire" hair from Clawtooth!

SO, Sakide just put up a brand new VIP lounge and oh man is it cool. Unfortunately, there *is* a one-time join fee of $L250, however, if you join before the end of october, you are able to collect $L650 in store credit! As someone who already spends a good deal of money at sakide, this was absolutely a no-brainer. In fact, I wish I had known about the group sooner!

So, with my new rigging job, and trying to make a decision about moving irl, I haven't had a ton of time to blog lately, but I hope to correct that in the coming days.

Dragon (the rainbow fashionista herself) and I had a great time splashing around by my pool, and playing with the fun things we found at the KOLLECTIVE Event. She and I are trying to drag out summer as long as possible, and the beachy theme of the event really made that fun and easy!

So, the other day Dragon, a.k.a. the Rainbow Fashionista was talking to the owner of Dilly Dolls, and convinced her to let me blog for the store! How exciting is that?!

After poking at a couple of looks for the new release platform sandals separately for a bit, we decided that there were just way more awesome pairs than we had feet, so we called in some reinforcements, and decided to goof off with them instead of trying to wear them all! I'll keep the blurb up here short because long credits are looooooong!
