The Skyclad Fashionista

So, the other day Dragon, a.k.a. the Rainbow Fashionista was talking to the owner of Dilly Dolls, and convinced her to let me blog for the store! How exciting is that?!

After poking at a couple of looks for the new release platform sandals separately for a bit, we decided that there were just way more awesome pairs than we had feet, so we called in some reinforcements, and decided to goof off with them instead of trying to wear them all! I'll keep the blurb up here short because long credits are looooooong!

So, I can never ever get my fill of kawaii. A couple of friends and I were out shopping for a look to go along with a pair of Dilly Dolls shoes that just came out... a bit more on why I'm NOT wearing them later, but I just could not resist ALL of the kawaii at Katat0nik while we were out!!

So, first I would like to say that I love that my partner is willing to wear anything at all, just so I can blog it... He's an amazing guy, and I am so very lucky to have him. This post has actually been in the works for a while, but then i got distracted by shiny things!

Happy Birthday, America! I must say, you're looking great for your age!

So, I actually had no intention of being online today at all... I had INTENDED to spend the whole day with my Fluffy at the 4th of July festivities that our little town holds each year, but the weather had different ideas... For the first day in about 2 weeks it's sunny and VERY hot... 90 degree weather with 90% humidity isn't great weather when you're a chubby porcelain-skinned little thing like I am, and, even in shorts and a bikini, after about 2 hours (and about 3 miles of bike riding @.@) I had to call it quits and retreat to the safety of my AC and lots of water...

But hey, since I had a lot of time on my hands, I thought I would get all America-ed up to celebrate!! 

 The lovely boyfriend of mine decided recently he wanted to try his hand at doing cars here in SL... (I guess his RL love of cars just took over lol) So I "borrowed" this gorgeous cherry red Chevelle to pose on... because what's more American than a good old American muscle car?!

 You'll have to forgive me, a good bit of this post is all about fabulous little ME! The bangles, necklace, and headband I'm wearing are all from my very own shop, --[Pins & Needles]-- 

 I absolutely LOVE this swimsuit! Can you believe it's only $L30? but hurry if you want it on sale because the sale ends TODAY! the swimsuit comes with tangos appliers (which are also compatible with Lush breasts and Vstrings X_X Evos, which is what I'm wearing!) AND those adorable mesh sunglasses!

I hope everyone has a great 4th of July, whether you're American like me or not (but ESPECIALLY if you are!! )

P.s. I originally intended to wear rigged mesh feet, but because I use the tiptoe ones... let's just say the angles those ankles bent at were kind of sickening X.x and hey, I really don't want anyone guffing all over their keyboard because that's just no fun, right? But anyway...
