The Skyclad Fashionista: February 2014

In the spirit of Valentines day, the wonderful designers of Purple moon creations, lazuri, and wetcat are holding a hunt on their sim! There are 20 cherries hidden (in plain sight!) all over the sim, and they are just chock full of chothing, jewelry, poses, and decor.

I had such a blast dragging my partner all over the sim looking for those little cherries, and I am just tickled pink about all of the amazing gifts!

There's a little something for just about every occasion in this hunt! The Luisana dress from Purple moon is just perfect for a night out on the town, or even for date night!

The two cute heart seats behind me are hunt gifts from WetCat poses! Each of the 3 (check out the third in the next photo!) has 2 different poses, and are only 1 prim each!

Both of the bags behind me are also hunt gifts!

And topping off each of my outfits is the Regal desire jewelry set in magenta from Lazuri! Each part is a different hunt gift, so you'll have to find multiple cherries to have the full set! ;)

So, as quickly as it began, the Final Fantasy festival is almost over. Today is the very last day for this event, and I have to admit, I am extremely sad to see it go. You ever have one of those days where you wake up feeling horrible and the whole day just spirals downwards from there till you're practically seeing red, spitting venom, and just snap at the slightest provocation? Yeah... the last few days have been those kinds of days for me... Without boring you into oblivion, basically everything that can go wrong in my life is going as wrong as it can, and it's thoroughly taken a toll on my nerves, my emotions, and there is one person who is absolutely horrid, and is constantly pushing my patience to their limit... but it's okay, I have a shovel, and a baseball bat.

I absolutely adore this skin, which is a gift from Pixystix, which is quickly becoming one of my favourite skin shops! This one is from the Hunt for your inner slut, and is completely free! It includes tangos appliers, and loud mouth appliers! Speaking of gifts, my hair is a group gift from none other than Tameless! The hair comes in the full fatpack of colours, and is available for absolutely free!

My extra sexy outfit is an exclusive item from Sakide for the Love day festival. The "Dating outfit" comes in red, pink, and black(shown) and has a HUD to control just about every aspect of the outfit!

The kickass boots I have on are from Razor, and are an event item, but not exclusive!, this time for the Suicide dolls event. Gotta love all of that metal and ammunition.

Note: Someone brought it to my attention that adding prices for the items I blog would be extremely helpful, so I shall strive to do that from now on, and I plan to colour code the prices thusly:

Green - Freebies. These will be hunt gifts, group gifts, freebies, basically anything that won't cost you a cent

Huzzah! The Fantasy room is finally open for their first round under their new name (this event was previously called the GOREAN room!) and they are off to an amazing new start! This post was originally intended to just be a silly little quick post, but I couldn't decide on just one or two things to show from this fantabulous event, and ended up taking so many photos that I've decided to break it down into two posts!

This first half of my post features the beautiful home items that come from not only the fantasy room, but a few other places as well.

This absolutely lovely little building was actually intended to be a coffee shop, but for this set of posts, I've turned it into a tiny little tavern! The building is actually a freebie from HY's in celebration of their 2nd anniversary hunt. While the building is lovely, it is very small, the doorways are only about 6 feet tall, and it is not modifiable. The wonderful stone chairs out front are a $L30 saturday item from Ginger line, and are on sale for today only!

The lovely, and only slightly creepy, Screaming Tree Table and chairs is a fantasy room item from United InshCon, while the tub in the background (you'll see more of that in the continuation of this post) is another $L30 item, but this time from AccessoGOR. It has tons of animations, temporary props that rez, and it's only 2 prims!!

What is a good tavern without barrels of various types of spirits? United InshCon and Tia were more than generous with their libations. Tia's Longahall barrels contain paga, mead, ale, and "all sorts", and are another $L30 saturday item, while UI's secured barrels set only contain rum, but good god is it a lot of rum! The secured barrels from UI are another Fantasy room item.

and finally, I have a few cute things to show you! The 3 fantastic pieces of wall art are actually from the Final Fantasy Festival (SQUEE!) but I just thought they fit right in! The absolutely adorable bottles are from United InshCon's gatcha at the fantasy room! They are definitely a must-have!

IS IT MY BIRTHDAY? NO? ARE YOU SURE?? The Final Fantasy Festival has just begun and I have yet to stop fangirl squeeing all over the damn place. The FFF is your one-stop shop for everything fantasy and especially Final Fantasy themed!

There are two entrances to the festival, feel free to use the WEST entrance, or the EAST entrance! They both lead to the same ultimate destination!

While there are many many amazing items at this event, the first thing I HAVE to cover is...

The one-winged angel.

The absolutely fantabulous Sephiroth skin and shape combo is an event exclusive from Morphine, and the hair is from Ayashi. These items fit together far too well to not put them together!

Lovely disarray has put out Children of Jenova eyes, perfect for Sephiroth, Kadaj, or any of Jenova's Children... I couldn't resist the glowing green pair... I mean, could you?

While they're not actually Final Fantasy themed, I thought the Assassin's cuffs by Stone Baubles really complimented my outfit!

Another beautiful accent I decided to add is the Dragon sphere ring, another treasure from Stone Baubles!

I ADORE these pants from R3volt! They come with a colour change HUD for the pants AND the belt, and have a TON of options!
